This waiver is a legal document. By signing, you acknowledge and accept the risks associated with participating in virtual reality (VR) activities.

1.Assumption of Risk

I understand that VR activities involve physical movement such as walking, turning, crouching, or

sudden motions. Risks may include dizziness, nausea, motion sickness, eye strain, falls, collisions, or

equipment-related injuries. I voluntarily participate and accept all known and unknown risks.

2.Release of Liability

Except in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct, I release Vroom and its

owners, employees, contractors, and agents from any liability for injuries, damages, or losses arising

from participation.

3.Health Statement

I certify that I am in good health and do not have medical conditions that may be aggravated by VR

activities (e.g., epilepsy, heart problems, pregnancy.) I agree to stop immediately if I feel unwell.

4.Responsibility for Equipment

I agree to use VR equipment responsibly and follow all staff instructions. I may be financially

responsible for damages caused by negligence or misuse.

5.Minors

Participants under 18 must have this waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

6.Governing Law

This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas

7.Acknowledgment

I HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND VOLUNTARILY AGREED TO THIS WAIVER AND RELEASE

OF LIABILITY.
